CANDY DAY 2012 -- Downtown Chicago Loop

After a successful Candy Day in June, we preparing to do it again! Join us as we take to the sidewalks during the lunch hour to raise awareness and funds for Meals on Wheels Chicago. In June, we were able to raise over $500 with just 18 volunteers. Our goal for September is to raise over $1,000!

Volunteeers Needed! To make Candy Day a success, we need many volunteers. We're looking for individuals who are outgoing and fun! Recruit your friends and co-workers!

A few things to know before signing up:
     * Volunteers should be 18 years of age or older.
     * We will be soliciting donations from pedestrians on the sidewalk. We will not be in the streets.
     * Volunteers will be provided with a reflective vest. Vests must be worn at all times.
     * Volunteers will need to arrive and be checked-in by 11:15am at the MOWC office (1 North LaSalle)
