Our Programs
For over twenty years, Meals on Wheels Chicago has partnered with the City of Chicago's Department of Senior Services and the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities, to provide seniors and disabled individuals an opportunity for self-sufficiency. Specifically, Meals on Wheels Chicago raises funding for the following programs: Holiday Meals, Short Term Immediate Meals, Weekend Meals, and Home Modification.
Through the efforts of both city departments, individuals in need of these relief services are able to speak directly with each department to get information concerning qualifications, enrollment, and services provided. Our office is happy to point interested individuals in the right direction so that your questions are answered and to ensure your needs are met.
