Our organization's mission to ensure homebound senior citizens and individuals with disabilities in the city of Chicago maintain independent and dignified lifestyles, has remained the same since our founding in 1987.
While Meals on Wheels Chicago focuses on fundraising, we make it a priority to assist all those who are seeking services. In order to obtain meals or inquire about the HomeMod program, we recommend you contact our two city partners directly or we are happy to connect you with a case manager who can answer your questions.
Through our partnership with both the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services- Senior Services Area Agency on Aging and the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities, we are able to support the following services to homebound seniors and individuals with disabilites:
