As Executive Director, Kimberly oversees all long-term and day to day fundraising, operational and community outreach efforts for Meals on Wheels Chicago. In addition to fundraising efforts, she oversees the development and management of the Board of Directors. Since taking the position, Kimberly has worked to broaden their constituent base and grow corporate and foundation revenues. In addition, bringing thoughtful and forward thinking strategic planning and a clear growth direction have been a priority. Prior to joining Meals on Wheels Chicago, Kimberly was the Associate Director of Development at Voices for Illinois Children, a state-based advocacy group.

Margo Willard

Margo Willard currently serves as the Director of Fundraising for Meals on Wheels Chicago. To this position, Margo brings a background rooted in practical social science education, having earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago and her Master's in Public Service Management from DePaul University. Margo previously served Meals on Wheels as the Development Associate, overseeing the planning and execution of events, donor database management, and working with the Associate Board. Her attention to detail, ability to communicate with donors, and work independently, has allowed her to grow into the position of Director of Fundraising, where she oversees MOWC's grants program. Margo's focus includes identifying and cultivating potential funding opportunities and writing all grants, requests, funding reports, and internal messaging. Outside of MOWC, Margo volunteers for Mercy For Animals, a Chicago based animal rights group advocating on behalf of farmed animals.

Andrew Seibert

Andrew Seibert is native to Danville, IL. Attending college at the University of Indianapolis (Indianapolis, IN), Andrew received his Bachelors of Social Work in 2003. During his senior year, Andrew took a Service Learning class that led him to volunteering with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The volunteer assignment unexpectedly resulted in a job managing the Society's three largest fundraising events. From January 2005 to September 2010, Andrew took a sabbatical from full-time fundraising to take a position at his childhood camp, Camp Tecumseh YMCA, where he worked as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator.  In the fall of 2010, Andrew took the opportunity to move to Chicago and work as the Development Manager for Vital Bridges. The desire to work on fundraising events full -time led Andrew to join Meals on Wheels Chicago in February 2011. In his current role, Andrew manages MOWC's 3 fundraising events, as well as overseeing the Associate Board and the Senior Site Visit program. Outside the office, Andrew continues to serve as a member of the Danville High School Choral Music Boosters and is very active in the high school show choir and marching band communities, assisting with competitions throughout the country.
