Imagine living alone, isolated and hungry, unable to take care of your most basic needs. Far too many Chicagoans do. Thankfully, through the genersosity of our donors, Meals on Wheels Chicago has been able to serve thousands of homebound elderly Chicagoans for the past twenty-one years. We are asking for your support of our 2009 "Give Thanks" campaign with your tax-deductible donation.

Please help us deliver 50,000 holiday and emergency meals this season.

YES! I am willing to help elderly and disabled Chicagoans receive nutritional meals & friendship to help them maintain their independence, dignity, and self respect.

Please accept my tax-deductible gift for:

$70 for 10 home delivered meals to someone who would otherwise go hungry.

$110 for 10 home delivered meals plus 6 holiday meals to a homebound senior.

$200 for 30 holiday meals delivered to homebound seniors throughout the year.

$280 for 6 weeks of emergency meals for someone just discharged from the hospital.
