Individual Giving Manager
The Individual Giving Manager is an integral part of our Fundraising team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early- to mid-career fundraiser to develop our major giving program and grow the individual giving program. This person will report to the Executive Director and support the ongoing planning, implementation and follow-up with and for individual donors. The COVID expansion of the Meals on Wheels Chicago’s number of individual donors and giving levels has necessitated a dramatic increase in the need for and pace of donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation activities – particularly as it relates to Major Donors & Mid-Major Donors.

Database & Office Manager
Looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to oversee the processing of gifts and production of acknowledgements, while maintaining records in the Salesforce CRM. Continually assesses processes and workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and data integrity, and ensures accurate reporting for the team while also performing duties as Office Manager.
