Ashlee Aubin has held positions at a variety of notable restaurants in Chicago, including four years as sous chef at Zealous and a year as chef de partie at Alinea. Ashlee opened Wood Restaurant in Lakeview, receiving wide acclaim and seven consecutive Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Awards. In 2014, Ashlee opened a second restaurant, Salero, a modern Spanish restaurant in the heart of the West Loop. During this most recent tenure, Ashlee was a three-time Jean Banchet Awards nominee and Salero was named one of Chicago Magazine’s Best New Restaurants.
