Chef Thai Dang along with his wife and business partners are the owners of nationally acclaimed HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen located in historic Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. HaiSous has earned three consecutive Bib Gourmand recognition by the Michelin Guide. Chef Dang’s unapologetic approach to modern Vietnamese cuisine has also garnered two nominations by the James Beard Foundation, Plate Magazine’s Chefs To Watch 2018, and Chicago Magazine’s Best New Restaurant: 2018 at #3.
