Tim found a passion for cooking, growing up, and learning from his Lithuanian Grandmother always saying, “She was the best teacher he could have ever had.” After graduating high school, he went to Washburne Culinary Cooking School in Chicago, IL. Tim Started with Morton’s Steakhouse 24 years ago taking a position as a Saute’ Cook at Morton’s Steakhouse in Westchester, IL. In 1993 he moved to San Antonio, Texas for 6 months to open that restaurant. He then returned to the Westchester, IL location for 3 years and then joined the Training Team for Morton’s Steakhouse for 14 more years. He and the training team opened more than 30 restaurants for this magnificent group, including traveling to Hong Kong, China. He was promoted to Executive Training Chef at Westchester, which was one of the 3 training Restaurants in the company. He continually trained chefs for the company throughout their United States locations. He was then promoted 5 years ago to Regional Executive Training Chef for 9 restaurants in the Midwest Region. He customizes Wine Dinners for private parties, has worked many charity events, St.Judes Foundation, Brian Urlacher Golf Tournament in Chicago and has been featured on many, WGN, NBC, and FOX Chicago news cooking segments. Tim is still passionate about his position and his passion is for teaching new and upcoming chefs for Morton’s Steakhouse. His duties are in quality control, menu development, training, recipe adherence. Tim is married with 3 children and lives in Plainfield, IL.
